Our virtual and phone consultations offer personalized, one-on-one sessions to discuss your photography needs and vision. Whether you’re planning a engagement, a family portrait, or a business branding shoot, we’ll guide you through the process, answer all your questions, and help you choose the best package and options. During the consultation, we’ll talk about your style preferences, location ideas, timing, and any special requests to ensure your session is tailored to your unique vision. Convenient and flexible, this consultation can be done from the comfort of your home or office, making it easy to plan your perfect photoshoot.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with JW Photography. JW photography is a small photography business ran by Jhayda Washington. • All Bookings MUST be paid half of the service being provided to (NON REFUNDABLE ) through Cash app, Apple Pay or Zelle to lock in the calendar once you agree to these terms as a deposit.. • Full payment (balance) MUST BE PAID IN FULL 24 HOURS prior to your session starting. In the event that your event/booking is canceled or postponed the day of the event we offer a 50% refund and we are no longer doing your event. • In the event we cancel you will receive a full refund. • In an event you need to reschedule, deposit can go towards the new date however it is NOT a guarantee of my availability for your rescheduled date. In those cases the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and we are no longer doing your event, UNLESS we pick a date that works for both of us. • LATE FEE that MUST be paid upon arrival • If the photographer is late without notifying you then you will receive a FREE hour of service • Travel fee WILL BE enforced depending on location. Fee separate from booking. **** To prevent sickness in the workplace, employees and clients will practice frequent handwashing, avoid close contact when ill, and follow workplace sanitation guidelines. The studio will maintain clean facilities, ensuring proper ventilation, and encourage sick employees and clients to stay home and book at a later date. **** Please understand that we agree to all these terms while booking.
